Blake is the DAO, and Co-Founder of Covey Solutions & Sales LLC. (Covey), bringing extensive expertise in administrative tasks, client relations, finance, and client-focused workflows across multiple industries. During his time at 4 Quarters Consulting, he helped lead the firm through a strategic evolution—integrating financial performance with stakeholder experience. His work focused on aligning capital campaigns with mission outcomes, improving donor engagement, and strengthening client relationships through a more holistic, experience-first approach.

His core competencies include capital structuring, financial forecasting, and building investment and engagement models for nonprofits, political campaigns, real estate syndications, and startups. With a leadership style rooted in cross-functional thinking, Blake blends fiscal discipline with client-centered innovation-driving sustainable growth, operational clarity, and long-term value.

These skills continue to shape his executive approach, especially in high-stakes and rapidly evolving environments.

Blake’s global perspective was shaped by time spent living in cities such as Santiago, Chile; Buenos Aires, Argentina; and Lima, Peru. Following the 2010 earthquake in Chile, he experienced the complexities of humanitarian response and global aid coordination up close. These moments deepened his understanding of how systems function under pressure and inspired a broader commitment to purpose-driven, impact-oriented work across borders.

As DAO and Co-Founder of Covey, Blake takes a very hands-on, human-centric approach-engaging directly with clients and teams to ensure seamless alignment between the company’s financial goals and the evolving needs of its customers.
